Most texture sites are created with the 2d web in mind which is why it is so hard to find good seamless textures to use in a 3d environment such as Active Worlds. This site is designed with the AW worldbuilder in mind. Unlike most texture web sites, here you will find a growing number of textures that are suitable for your needs. These textures are donated by other worldbuilders just like yourself who saw the need to make shopping the web for the right texture a bit easier. Please feel free to browse these pages and take what you like and please feel free to send us your textures. Please read the submission page for instructions on how to do it.
If you are a graphic artist and see a copyrighted texture on this site that has been taken from one of your graphics collections, please contact Challagar with the names of the textures and I will remove them.
